For race organisers
Your race.
Our engine.
Entries, timing, live tracking, results and a broadcast feed out of one system — and because the engine already knows where every runner is, none of it needs a second timing setup or a spreadsheet on the night.
The part we will not charge for
Safety is free
on every event
Whether you sell a thousand entries or run a free club night, every event gets the whole safety apparatus. It is not a tier, an add-on, or something you remember to switch on.
SOS from the field
Any runner, any time, with their position and their route history attached. It reaches you and your marshals, not a queue.
Escape points, on one switch
Place them when you build the course; arm them when weather turns or something goes wrong. Every runner's map immediately shows the nearest way out and how to get there.
Broadcast, and know it landed
Message the whole field or one division, and see who has actually acknowledged — which is the number that matters when you have to prove you told people.
Race day
One system, start to results
Entries and teams
Solo and team entry, opening and closing windows, capacity, waivers and instalment payments. Team completion rules are validated by position and distance, not the honour system.
Live tracking and boards
Ranked individual and team boards computed from net score as checkpoints land — not reconciled afterwards. A public spectate page for anyone you want watching.
Big-screen mode
Full-screen, no chrome, huge type, auto-rotating board and live map. Built for a projector at the finish, not for someone hunched over a laptop.
The bit nobody else answers
Your course
stays yours
You spent years finding that line. Putting it on our platform does not hand it over, and it does not let somebody else quietly mount a competing race on top of it.
The course belongs to whoever built it. Nobody edits it, moves it or deletes it but you — and if you bring co-organisers, they author alongside you without being able to dispose of it.
Let another organiser run your course for a season, on your terms and your share, and take it back afterwards. Revoking never orphans a race that is already selling entries.
Hand a course over entirely and your existing events stay with you, along with their entries and their money. You transfer a course, not other people's races.

Distance, date, how many runners and what you are using now. We will tell you honestly whether we can help this season or the next one.
