SPOOR·EVENTS Pilot program — December 2026

Every runner. Every split.
Live.

Race tracking and timing from the runners' own phones — a live map and leaderboard for spectators, a safety console for your ops tent, and same-day official results. No mats to freight up a mountain, no hired hardware.

Three screens. Nothing to learn.

Entrants get a link in your race-week email: install, type the race code, run the self-check from their couch. On race morning the phone goes in the vest and stays in the vest — the screen can stay locked all day.

A live page worth refreshing.

One public link for your website, WhatsApp groups and socials. Dots move on the course; the leaderboard ranks by real splits at every checkpoint. A big-screen mode runs on the finish-venue TV.

03 · Your ops tent

The whole field on one screen.

A frozen dot usually means a dead zone — so the console only raises a runner when they've also missed a checkpoint window. Your sweep sees last-known positions; your finish crew taps bibs and the system reconciles against GPS automatically.

04 · Same-day results

Official, protest-proof, published before prize-giving.

Every finisher gets gun time, net time and full checkpoint splits — three layers deep: GPS crossing, marshal order, finish video. Small races almost never get net time; yours will.
